The Special Assistant to the Governor of Oyo State on Youths and Sports, Hon. Kazeem Bolarinwa was hosted on the weekly Impact Series on Saturday 8th, August, 2020.
He talked about ‘Challenges of the Youths in Governance’. He emphasized on political apathy, fear of being accepted by both the old politicians and the fellow youths, lack of resources and inexperience as the major challenges facing the youths.
Hon Kazeem Bolarinwa believed that these challenges can be surmounted if the Youths can engage in bloodless negotiation, gather the needed experience, seek for age limitation for politicians and get empowered.
He further advised that ” To emancipate ourselves, we need collaboration beyond competition”.
Hon Kazeem Bolarinwa is a First Class Graduate of Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University and also holds a Masters degree in the same field. He has engaged in different youth empowerment programs across the country. He is the convener of the Deliver Oyo (DO) campaign.
